Finally Friday!

Working hard trying to not get sick again. A couple of weeks ago I had the flu... (during our 1st ever Ski Trip) seems as though it really hasn't truly gone away. Now Nathan has come down with something, the poor guy can barely talk. Was up late last night with a high fever. Didn't sleep good. We're off to the doctors this afternoon. Hoping it's not strep!! Scrapping still set for tomorrow... very excited to get something done. Have been in and out of my scraproom attempting to get some "spring" cleaning done. I'm proud.. I've managed to do more than I thought. Need to be buy some more Copper Hopper stuff to help finish it up!

Way excited to check out my sisters new Canon DSLR camera!!! Woooo Hoooo! (so going to make her take some shots of some stuff while she's down!!)

I'm out... will check in after scrapping... hopefully will have some good stuff to share!

Halfway there...

Surviving my week so far. Haven't been sleeping. Still completely congested, feeling like Snuffleupagus!!Seriously.. and the medicine I take to help me breath, keeps me awake! Gotta love the irony! But if I don't take it, I don't sleep anyway... cause I CAN'T BREATH! Somethings gotta give. Plus... both of my chickens came into our bedroom in the middle of the night (one with a bad dream and the other completely congested as well).

Okay and today... this and this just crack me up!!! And...because we all have days when this would come in handy!!

So this weekend is set for scrapping, will try and post some images of what I get done. Also going to add a 'scrapbook' so you can see some samples.

Mornin' Sunshine!

Okay... I know, it's Monday. But for some reason, even though I had a very typical Monday morning routine with my children not cooperating and running late (let's not forget I am Starbucks free this morning...sigh) I happen to be in a very good mood!

Weekend was good, did nothing exciting... some laundry, cleaned, took the kiddo's to all their birthday parties. Except Nathan... he is such a homebody! I had to have asked him like 100 times if he wanted to go to his friends birthday party from preschool... trying to ease him by letting him know that I would be staying at the party with him, we'd play, he'd see his preschool friends, have some cake and ice cream and then come home. But every time... his answer was NO... I want to stay home with you Mama! LOL Never did scrap, or clean, just no motivation there this weekend. We rented Chuck & Larry on Sat. night with Adam Sandler & Kevin James... pretty funny!

Alrighty... my daily duties aren't gettin done... must work now!

Woooo Hoooo It's FRIDAY!

SO thought I would be able to get some extra sleep this morning... you know, with the potential on NC seeing a drop of ice fall from the ski... and schools freaking out and going on a 2-hour delay for rain. But, they surprised me this morning, and off we went to start our day normal time.

So nasty outside... cold and rain! Made my morning Starbucks run. I'm officially out of my pre-paid cards that I get from work... (rewards program for fuel cards) so as of Monday, I will be on a serious Starbucks withdraw! Do they have meetings for that???

Weekend is going to be filled up with hauling the kids to several birthday parties! Was gonna get some scrappin' in... but my sister bailed on me! Kiddin'... you know that, we'll do it next weekend! (you bail on me then... I'll just give away your scrap stash I'm holding!! LOL) Will hopefully find some time to get some done anyway... if not at least some more cleaning (which only means more stuff for you sis!)

Alright... it's midday, super starved... have to convince husband to go get my pizza now!
